 a documentary retracing the best moments of
the Manakkal S.Rangarajan's careers. S.Rangarajan remains a key symbol of
the carnatic music as one of these finest musicians.

 Shot in London and TamilNadu, the documentary includes several excerpts from
the past and recent performances and also many interviews of reputed senior
and younger musicians.

Carnatic Musician of the Era is produced by a London based literary
personality R.Pathamanaba Iyer and directed by Amshan Kumar who has made
several documentaries and an award winning Tamil feature film.
